Five characters are trapped in a glass labyrinth. Without uttering a word, they diligently go about their work, repeating the same tasks day in and day out. Suddenly, something occurs in the lives of these individuals that breaks the monotony and awakens hidden desires. Thus free from their routines, they discover a new world full of fantasy, temptation, danger, exhilaration and ecstasy. After all that, going back to their old lives becomes inconceivable.

With a keen sense for the absurd and an interest in the surreal, Belgian theatre-maker Gregory Caers and his ensemble imagine the kind of world that results when our lives are constantly dictated by strict rules, discipline and the pressure to perform. A world that poses a sharp contrast to the innate need of people both young and old to overcome barriers and seek community.
